Michael Kweku Afriyie Sarpong, known as Eflex Gh or E-Flex, is a Ghanaian choreographer, dance artist, educator, and founder of Dance 4 Change Ghana. He is known for using dance as a tool for social change, focusing on supporting orphaned and disadvantaged children through education, food, and shelter. Eflex is a pioneer of the globally popular Azonto dance and has been instrumental in promoting Ghanaian dance culture worldwide. Despite early hardships, including financial difficulties and homelessness, he has built a respected career, teaching and mentoring hundreds of dancers locally and internationally. His Dance 4 Change initiative provides scholarships and safe studio space for young talents, aiming to foster unity, empowerment, and pride in African dance heritage.
