Gina Michael is an Egyptian-Australian dancer, choreographer, and educator based in Melbourne, Australia. She is the founder and director of Ascendant Dance Company and has taught her unique dance style in over 40 countries worldwide. Gina was a grand finalist on Australia’s Got Talent in 2016 and served as a World Judge at Hip Hop International 2018/2019. She was also the technical director of Hip Hop International Australia starting in 2018. Her choreography credits include major projects like the Robbie Williams and Delta Goodrem performance at the AFL Grand Final in 2022. Gina is known for her holistic and personalized dance training approach, which focuses equally on technical skill, artistry, and emotional growth, inspiring dancers of all levels to reach their full potential.
