Malia Gomez
USAMalia Gomez is a professional dancer and choreographer based in Orange County/Los Angeles with about 19 years of dance experience and 5 years of teaching. She began dancing at age three with recreational classes and later competed in jazz and ballet while balancing a demanding schedule. She transitioned into hip-hop dance, joining groups like Mighty Shock and Kaba Kids, where she represented the Filipino American community in competitions such as Hip Hop International. Malia also teaches at Offstage Dance Studio and choreographs for Filipino cultural events, reflecting her cultural pride. Professionally, she has danced for K-pop artists like DPR IAN, participating in international shows and music videos, including performances at 88Rising's Head in the Clouds festival in Paris. Malia balances college studies in psychology with her dance career and aims to make a lasting impact in the professional dance world while planning to use her psychology degree in the future.
