NetherlandsWilly Noir (Ylian Wiegers) is a Dutch-Brazilian professional Afro artist, dancer, teacher, DJ, and creative director based in Amsterdam. Since 2013, he has traveled internationally, sharing his expertise in AfroHouse and Afro dance culture. Inspired by his Brazilian roots and a family legacy in music and dance, Willy developed a passion for diverse dance forms, including hip hop, R&B, and especially AfroHouse, learning from pioneers across the African diaspora.
